You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging and seals intact.
We provide prepaid return labels for all domestic returns. International return shipping costs apply.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Carefully package your item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Simply indicate that you'd like an exchange instead of a refund when contacting customer service. We'll send you the replacement item once we receive your return.
If you're exchanging for a more expensive item, you'll be charged the difference. If exchanging for a less expensive item, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
We never charge restocking fees for exchanges or returns.
Exchanges are processed with priority to get your new fragrance to you quickly.
All exchange items are quality-checked before shipping to ensure perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
If you received the wrong item, we'll send you the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. No need to wait for the return to be processed.
Gift recipients can return items for store credit without the original receipt. The gift giver will not be notified of the return. Original purchaser information is required for cash refunds.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs duties on returns are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our return policy criteria. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. We may charge a restocking fee for items returned in unsellable condition due to customer damage.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened fragrance products. We recommend trying our sample sets before purchasing full-size bottles if you're unsure about a scent.
